Hi, I am preparing evidence for section 4.5.1. 18002 provide examples of reactive and proactive measures. Some of the data such as near miss and incident data can be presented in graph form with an explanation of any trends, but I am unsure regarding the extent of topics and information to be presented. Can anyone from either side of the audit process provide guidance on what relevant information and analysis should be included? Thanks.
