i need some help setting up realistic quality objectives. bulk material handling is our core buisiness and i would like to know how to incorporate design,manufacturing and site erection into obtainable quality objectives

What are you not doing right?

Decide on that and then set an objective for how much you want to do it better.

Keep it simple (which is something that few understand)
