Doug, it seems SA_FETY soughts a response about OH&S hazards review, but not about OHSMS audit. Moreover your proposal is not up to date: it refers to an old version of the OHSMS British standard (BS OHSMS 18001).

SA_FETY, in another thread I rather advised to use appendix treating of OH&S risks assessment methodology in OHSMS standards as ANSI/AIHA Z10-2005 or BS 8800:2004 for example.
