Hello All,

I am looking for process deviation record example for a pharma company. I started in the non-conformance room, but there forms are more test result based. My deviations are more of the "you were supposed to get approvals before implementing the change control but you didn't" variety. We don't have a strong (or existing really) CAPA system so maybe that's why I'm not exactly sure what all information I need to be collecting for deviations. Thanks!
