Well i appreciate your help in advance...we are a small company that has recently started taking on work that requires PPAP (more to come)
A current project that we are working on (injection molding) requires a full PPAP which the customer has agreed to handle.
However, they have requested a copy of a Work Instruction that we currently use.
I believe what they are actually asking for is an operator instruction?! not sure!! In my experience it is usually posted at the work station and give clear direction to the operator on what they should be doing.
Does anyone have example of this? Can you provide me some advice?
I will have a million questions over the next few months as i tread my way thru my first PPAP's...ughh!!
Thanks

Welcome to the Cove. :bigwave:

You've come to the right place, but we have no way of knowing exactly what your customer is asking for. If I understand the situation correctly, your customer is responsible for submitting PPAP to a customer further up the chain, and wants information from you for their submission. You need to ask your customer exactly what they want to see, and you need to get it in writing because you may be asked at some point down the road to show the requirements for your contribution.
