Hello,
I am not sure if it is the right forum.
Has anyone heard of the CIMS and what are your views on it?
Is it worth going for if you are a detergent manufacturer?

Looking forward to your replies.

Thanks

Nidhi

It should be Cleaning Industry Management Standard. Can you confirm?

In general, CIMS sets forth a management framework designed to assist building service contractors and in-house service providers develop quality, customer-centered organizations and is based on universally-accepted principles that have proven to be the hallmarks of well-managed, successful cleaning operations.

Attached is an FAQ on CIMs

Thanks , I've been on the site and look at the standard. It is not really for manufacturing.

It is not really for manufacturing.

Agree but they do have members that are manufacturers. I guess if you are big enough to influence things, it's good to be there. Otherwise, it does not serve much purpose.
