To change your e-mail address:

No matter what page you come to in the Forums there will be a set of 7 buttons at the top right of the page just under the graphic.

The very first button on on the left says 'User CP' which is the user control panel. Click the button and there will appear a screen with several links across it.

Choose the Edit Profile link. You should see something like this:

Edit your e-mail address here. Then, if you scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see:

Click on the Submit Modification button - and that's it!

The following is for Henrique DaSilva:

IF you are already logged in as Henrique, log out (the link is at the very bottom of the Main Index Page (http://16949.com/Forums/) in the right corner).

Then, when the page reloads (click the link which says 'Cookies are cleared, Back to the Forums - or something similar) go back to where you logged out and you will see:

Now log in as Henrique DaSilva and go to the User Control Panel as described in the beginning of this 'instruction'. Change your e-mail address, send me an e-mail and I'll delete your other account. Technically I think you can delete your own acount, but I can't remember where off hand.
