Goodmorning,
I'm looking for anybody to give me informations and input of example of Poke Yoke to apply on a semi-automatic automotive assembly line.
In particular, examples of Poka Yoke already implemented and positively tested on assembly lines.
Thanks a lot

That is a very ambiguous request.
What error are you attempting to mistake proof? Give us something on which to focus.

I'm meaning how to detect missed operations, missed component assembly....

Not much detail to go on but picture how to check at the next operation. ie a prox sensor at the next station, if component at previous op was not added, machine won't cycle. If securing, bolt together, can you have the part flipped for the next op...if not secured it falls apart. If Left vs Right, have a notch in the parts/fixturing that physicaly prevents the 2 being mixed.
If you can be more detailed, the answers can be more specific.

Daniele,
This Poka Yoke site (http://csob.berry.edu/faculty/jgrout/pokayoke.shtml) is one of my favorites. You may not find exactly what you need, but some examples may trigger some ideas that you can expand on. Have fun.

You might also want to browse through Error Proofing and Poke Yoke (http://elsmar.com/Error_Proofing/index.htm) for some thoughts.

Professor John Grout also has another mistake proofing page (http://www.mistakeproofing.com/)
FWIW:
I think using the Japanese term "Poka Yoke" is not conducive to clear communication in any American plant - better to use the English/American term "mistake proofing"
