Has any one any experience at using the FORD APQP reporting system as a Tier II.
I assume that the Tier 1 needs to supply the dates for the milestones and then the supplier ammends those dates to his timetable.
Do you need to send all the woorksheets or just the report summary.

Well, Howard, it looks like we don't have many FoMoCo suppliers here. I'll be reporting on my 'project' from time to time for what it's worth.

I was at a supplier meeting (read Omnex sales presentation) at the QMP building off Rotunda in Dearborn yesterday. As I understood it, they're going to have most of this stuff set up on their web. I know for QOS - Q1 you have to do 'project status reports' on their FSN.

I have to look more closely at what all is going on. If I see anything I'll post.
