We do a hot stamping process and re-cut tools frequently which we PPAP but are questioning the need to do metallurgical every time also. If 304SS is specified you would need the copies of the analysis. Otherwise, Are you using the same machine and tool types? Is it something like inserts that are off the shelf items? |
