Has anyone read the book by David Hoyle & John Thompson titled "ISO 9001:2000 Auditor Questions"? If so did you find it to be very helpful?

Apparently it is available in the UK and Japan, but I can't find it in the US. I am looking for a good resource for developing process audit checklists.
