Any help would be appreciated. Marc 29th June 2002, 08:30 AM I'm not sure I understand. Are you looking for something like an automotive FMEA? Like a Design or Process FMEA? carvind 29th June 2002, 02:02 PM Hi Marc, What I need is a generic FMEA template to implement a six sigma program in an organization. Thanks carvind Atul Khandekar 29th June 2002, 04:01 PM Carvind, Not sure what exactly you are looking for. I believe there's nothing wrong with the 'standard' FMEA format. May be you need some kind of a software (not just a spreadsheet) that provides some powerful analysis facilities? I would suggest you do a web search for tools such as C&E Metrics or Ishikawa diagram. www.isixsigma.com is good site for all info related to Six Sigma. -Atul. It is one shared with us by Al Dyer. Tom W 15th July 2002, 10:53 AM Variety is the spice of life. Here is another version. Looks a lot like the one in the book. |
