In Indonesia, there are several banks that already certified. Example of Banks that certified for ISO 9001 in all departments (credit, operation, EDP, treasury, money changer, and others): Bank Hastin Internasional, Bank Global, Bank Sanho.
Example of Banks that certified for ISO 9002 for specific department are: Bank Bira (operation), Bank Dharmala (Credit and operation), Bank NISP (Treasury), Bank Dagang Negara (Internal Audit).
