I am looking for a devise that is able to detect leaks in oven seals. These ovens will need to be tested at full temp - 700 degrees. Testing will need to show results of leaks in the oven door, current testing methods are the use of smoke. I am looking for an environmental / safety freindly product. Open to any suggestions.

Thanks in advance!!!

Depending on what exactly you are looking for, you could possible use an Infrared thermometer. There are a number of manufacturers/Distributors I am familiar with on these:

Omega Engineering (doesn't make, but sells quite a few)
Raytek
Fluke I believe sells one that can be used as an accessory to a handheld mutimeter.

These can be used to find "HOT SPOTS" (i.e.: leaks in the door).
