If your clients have access to the internet, they can provide (constructive}:-) input regarding the 9001:2000 standard at one of the following addresses:

Also, there are procedures for e-mailing suggestions. Don't know where your figures came from, but my information says that at the last International meeting, there were about 2600 comments obtained as input.
