Has anyone created an IDEFO style process map of the internal audit process that they might like to share ?

IDK,PTM :p barb butrym 3rd September 2002, 12:28 PM If I remember correctly its a table, and the boxes are connected across the table with arrows, shows relationships and multi tasking responsibilities well. Its not one of my favorites, but does serve some purpose to look in at the whole responsibilities/logistics picture. I used it years ago on mapping a JIT line, showing repetition. Worked well there. Don't think I have any kicking around....but will keep it in mind, and post if I find one. Or maybe thats not the same thing, don't remember acronym we called it. This is to develope a methodology for any process like auditing so that any lay man reading this will know about that and also will be able to do an audit. I have lot of experience indoing IDEF0 and IDEF3 modelling. Idef0 is activity modelling methodlogy and IDEF3 is process modelling methodology. I can do that but i need some inputs from everybody. we can even post that in our PDF files. Please let me know regarding this.
