I am in the process of developing one. Thanks Sam 17th September 2002, 09:46 AM This may need to be up-dated to suit your needs. :bigwave: NOTE: This form contains Macros! Douglas E. Purdy 17th September 2002, 12:16 PM Sam, Do you have your suppliers perform a survey monthly? If not how do you score it on the spread sheet? Sam 17th September 2002, 12:41 PM The survey scoring is based on an annual response. If I receive an acceptable "mail -in" survey they get 100 pts, if I perfrom an on-site they get 100 pts (new vendors only) and will carry 100 pts each month for the year, If I do not receive a "mail -in" from existing vendors they get 0 pts and will carry 0 pts each month until a response is received. Vendors that are registered to ISO9K2K or TS16949 do not require mail-in or on-site surveys as long as their quality and delivery performance is acceptable. Marc 5th May 2006, 12:24 PM Here are two more supplier rating .xls spreadsheets that do the calculations: Supplier Rating Calculator Spreadsheet.xls (http://elsmar.com/pdf_files/supplier%20rating%20calculator.xls) and Supplier Rating Spreadsheet.xls (http://elsmar.com/pdf_files/Supplier%20Rating%20System%20spreadsheet.xls) knight_sirk 17th May 2006, 10:58 PM Hi to all! :bigwave: Does anybody have a good example of Supplier performance monitoring (rating system / guidelines) considering all indicators mentioned in 7.4.3.2 Supplier Monitoring, ISO/TS16949:2002. Thanks in advance. :thanx: Steve McQuality 27th June 2006, 05:14 PM Here are two more supplier rating .xls spreadsheets that do the calculations: Supplier Rating Calculator Spreadsheet.xls (http://elsmar.com/pdf_files/supplier%20rating%20calculator.xls) and Supplier Rating Spreadsheet.xls (http://elsmar.com/pdf_files/Supplier%20Rating%20System%20spreadsheet.xls) Marc: I've been tasked w/ revamping our Supplier Program. I went through the entire history of this discussion (Now's the time to thank you for starting this forum!!!)... In a recent post, you attached the two files above. Do you have any explanation for the "SR Calculator" you posted? I plugged in some numbers and understand the basics (I think), but I was wondering if you have any explanation for the "Supplier Performance Index Multiplier" that the whole thing spits out in the end? Thanks, ~Steve Marc 27th June 2006, 05:32 PM To be honest there are several 'supplier rating calculators' here in the forums that people have sent me or posted in threads to share with others. I'm not familiar with any of them as I'm not in a position to use them. Hopefully someone else can tell you what the "Supplier Performance Index Multiplier" is. I looked in the "posts" section to see if I could find who originally posted it and couldn't find it. Luckily, I didn't have to go all the way back through the "supplier" forum to find your post! I'll just sit back and be patient in case someone knows. I've found enough other "stuff" to keep me busy for a while!! Thanks! Thanks, ~Steve I wanted to bump this question back up on the "Current Discussions" list to see if anyone could help me out with this question. Thanks! -Steve tonny.xu 22nd July 2006, 12:27 PM I also want to see several examples for rating suppliers. My company will introduce it into supplier management. Steve McQuality 24th July 2006, 08:41 AM I also want to see several examples for rating suppliers. My company will introduce it into supplier management. Tonny: If you go to the "Post Attachments List" in the header of the Cove and type in a search on "Supplier" or "Vendor", you'll find many examples of supplier ratings. Just look through them and choose one (or choose a couple and combine them) that best fits your company or situation - there is a wealth of information already attached in the Cove. I have downloaded several examples myself! -Steve Fatboy 28th July 2006, 10:09 AM here is our supplier rating criteria Al Rosen 28th July 2006, 02:42 PM here is our supplier rating criteria Is the rating for each lot or is it accumulated over a specific time period? When you say for on-time and documentation rating, it's all or nothing, do you award 0 points if one delivery is late or if one lot has inadequate documentation? Fatboy 28th July 2006, 02:54 PM Each receipt is assigned a rating case. You are correct. 0 points are awarded if there are issues (incomplete, in error, missing, etc) associated with documentation. Also, 0 points are awarded if the delivery is outside of the limits (early or late). phopkins 16th August 2006, 10:35 AM That was great. I have just started a position as the Supplier Quality Manger. I have been able to take a lot of information from this Web site. Its been great. I am also looking for some forms or information on Qualifying Vendors for a Dock to stock program and information anyone has on Excel for qualifications for vendors for a dock to stock program, or the Dock to stock program. We are a large manufacturing plant with software and hardware vendors.Anyone have any information? Thanks in advance!!: Przemek 18th August 2006, 11:15 AM hello, i found something about Supplier Performance Index Multiplier. its should help you.:D Martina O'Neill 15th January 2007, 02:09 PM hi all, new to this, I came across this site as I was researching some stuff for my college assignment. Does anybody have a simple supplier rating form for a basic product ?? (in other words nothing too complicated ) thanks Steve McQuality 15th January 2007, 02:16 PM Hi Martina: Did you try searching the "Post Attachments" List? There are several in there from the wildly complex inner-connected spreadsheet to the fairly simple. I'd suggest looking there first. -Steve Marc 15th January 2007, 02:20 PM Does anybody have a simple supplier rating form for a basic product ?? You can look at this one that I posted a while back. Many thanks! I was hoping to modify it slightly, but it is"locked" and requires a password. Could you send either the password or and "un-locked" version?
