Will you integrate them or keep them separate?

ISO 9001
ISO 14001
QS9000/ ISO/TS 16949
Different health and safety systems... you name it. There are quite a few around these days.

Our plant is currently ISO 9001:94 / ANSI/ASQC Q9001:94 / QS9000:98 / ISO14001.

We will be switching from QS to TS16949 1st edition later this year and TS16949 2nd edition early next year (don't ask!)

The lab is currently QS and will soon be QS / ISO17025 (hopefully) which will also switch to TS and become TS / ISO17025.

The only ones I need to worry about is the QS/ISO and later the TS/ISO which we will keep separate which is the lesser of two evils when it comes to audits.

And somewhere in between, we make a bunch of product's we sell after making sure we're compliant and all the paper is filled out properly. :D

I always encourage integrating those things that can be integrated. Normally such items as management review, document control and internal audits can be easily integrated. I think companies need to look closely before having one person being the management rep for various standards. Safety and environmental issues can be far more complex than quality issues.
