Who can tell me the differ between QUALITY MANUAL and QUALITY PROGRAM. What is ISO/TS16949:2002 doceument structure request . Who can give a mode for both. I would suggest starting with the 7 required procedures (Manij listed these in another post) and add additionsl procedures or process flow sheets as required.
