Sporty 8th October 2002, 02:31 PM Can you please tell me what an OEE is? a-rostami 9th October 2002, 01:04 AM OEE= OVERALL EQUIPMENTS EFFECTIVENESS Sam 9th October 2002, 09:59 AM Sounds like a Ford requirement. Contact your STA. Ford has a process and checklist (equations included) that will assist you in performing your OEE. a-rostami 10th October 2002, 02:17 AM Thanks for your reply . How can I get some filled out forms about OEE ? Could you recommened some related sites ? Ravi Khare 10th October 2002, 08:08 AM Look up reference material and web sites on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). This terminology comes from there. It takes into account equipment uptime, the rating at which the equipment produces and the quality of output in terms of % of work produced within specifications. Hermann 10th October 2002, 09:21 AM OEE is part of Ford's Launch Readiness Review procedure which you should be able to download from FSN. I think the idea is similar to GM's run at rate as in GP11 but carried out much earlier. Andrews 18th October 2002, 11:37 AM Do you include the complete changeover time in calculating avaialbility or include only the time taken more than standard setting tiime fixed? Do you also take trial or PPAP parts also in the calculation of OEE? Do you calculate OEE machinewise or partwise? |
