We went through a preassessment audit, which uncovered problems with our method of Management Reviews. We were not recording the 6 inputs/3 outputs. Now we are, in fact we developed a form with the 6 inputs/3 outputs. We use this form as an agenda. We had another minor nonconformance with Management Review during our certification audit. Our lead auditor wanted us to designate a form number for the Management Review Form. We have been recommended for Certification to ISO 9001:2000.
