Marc 22nd December 2002, 09:28 AM The company has to have had at least 1, and preferably 2, management reviews prior to the registration audit. If you do not have at least 2 management reviews, the question comes into play as to whether the system 'works'. The company has to go through at least 1 complete round of internal audits prior to the registration audit. |
