If I would be upgrading to QS9K, do we need a QS9000 training? Or We should go for TS1649 training? We are still certified to the old standard of ISO. We already undergo training for ISO9001:2000. Please advice.

i would advise you to go directly into TS16949, since QS9k is obsoleting in 2006.

Moreover, since you have been certified ISO9k2k, the ISO/Ts16949 standards is actually utilising the ISO9k2k, which makes your conversion a lot more easier
