As my company becomes more immersed in software than hardware as a product, we are struggling with our existing hardware gating process.

Software revision tracking is one issue, and the frequency of revisions is another.

I would appreciate seeing sanitized copies of other people's design control processes for software as a starting point for redesigning this process at my company.
