Will be QS Manuals necessary in ISO 9001:2000 or in TS 16949? Or Will be other Manuals or references to follow and comply with ISO 9K: 2K and TS statements?
These manuals are QS 9000, APQP, MSA, PPAP, SPC, QSA, etc.
Thanks in advance for your help.

i don't see any of the QS9000 manuals being required in ISO9001:2000 implementation (or maybe I've overlooked it).
As for ISO/TS16949, eventhough the standards make reference to the ISO9001:2000 standard, it does mentioned on FMEA, SPC, APQP (loosely, on product realization), PPAP (loosely, on Product approval), MSA.
I am still using those manuals for the ISO/TS16949 implementation, except, of course the QS9000 requirement manual and QSA manual is no longer applicable for ISO/TS16949. I've replaced these 2 manuals with the one consistent with ISO/Ts16949...

Your pretty much right on YKT. Those manuals are not requried for ISO 9K2K. As for TS 16949, they are not specifically required either. What TS says is you have to use whatever process/manual your customer requries.

The manuals could still be required if the customer requires "PPAP" which is a situation I'm working through right now. ISO9K 2K requires "all customer specific requirements" so if they require something specific to one of those manuals, then its like any other outside document.
In this particular case, its a better option than 16949 for a small tier 2.
