ISO/TS16940:2002 Requires for the Management Review Input to consider "fields failures". What does this mean??

Product Rejections?
Equipment Delay?

To me a field failure is something that fails to perform its intended use (by the end user). Product rejections could include both field failures and other nonconformities that have been detected by the customer.

I'm not sure what you mean by equipment delay... :confused:
