View Full Version : BRC (British Retail Consortium)/EFSIS food standards diaspar 21st July 2003, 01:22 AM Could not find any ref above on this website ? above related food standards are a composite of HACCP / Quality Management System / GMP. QMS section is a partial borrow from ISO 9001. google has a few sample audits of these standards but cannot find any viewable prototype quality manuals (or any other). Issue 5 has since been established and recently released. Base on the requirement under section 2 of the BRC Standard, I confirm that a QMS is a mandatory criteria. |
