This article was very good.I am planning to implement the same in our organisation.
I would like to have some more literature on this system.Can someone provide a link to some literature on " Balanced score card implementation ".
Has any of the cove members implemented the same. Has it really driven performance improvement?
Can the experts on the cove board advise me on the do's & don'ts
One more question about analysing the trends :
How do you calculate the control limits to analyse trend of process measurables?
