I am in search of a consultant for a 3-4 month contract assignment in the Portland, Oregon area. My client is moving from QS9000 to TS16949 and needs someone with experience to conduct interviews within the organization and document the process and procedures necessary to make it happen. The ideal candidate would be a mix of QA and Technical Writer. At this time, I do not think we can subcontract (may be possible).
