Element 4.2.3.1 states that " shall have a process to assure timely review , distribution and implementation of all customer engineering changes ....................... Timely reviw should be as soon as possible and shall not exceed two working weeks "

This two weeks are only for the review or for the full implementation? What happens if implementation time is not posibble to do in 2 weeks?

It says the review has a two week limit, not the implementation. The implementation is done on the customer-required schedule.
