Hi Everyone! I am new to the Cove and look forward to the communication. I am desperate for some help. I work for a company that has been operating for 3 yrs now under the wing of QS9000, but without certification. Due to the impending demise of QS we have opted to register to TS16949 within a years time! Ambitious I know. I am having difficulty identifying our major processes and putting together an implementation plan. I am pretty clear on the procedures required and the supporting systems, but I am stuck at the beginning. Can anyone suggest a site for examples or anyting else at this point would be a big help.

Badgerman is correct - other threads within the forums should give you a wealth of ideas and suggestions. It is a great place to come for help and information.

I recently (Oct 2003) converted our QS system to TS2 and we did it in a really short amount of time. With QS you are about 80% of the way - it's the other 20% that is the hardest. ;) You should get a lot of help if you look through the different threads on this site. A great resource. Welcome and please come back. :bigwave:

Welcome to the Cove.

Don't wait for the future, share the steps as you go. You would be surprised how many of us have been down similar trails and can help if you run into an obsticle or even a brain lock.

It's nice to have you with us.

Marc has set up a fantastic resource here & these guys at the Cove really know there stuff. ;) Don't forget to check out the free files directory, it helps to stir ideas and applications you may not have thought of.
