When is Run@rate required to be conducted??

According to customer requirements. The parts must be PPAP approved before the R@R can be performed.
The customer can decide to perform himself or you can perform it and fill in the forms.
I have had 3 customer performed R@R and 2 self performed. The rest of the customers have never requested.
I think it depends if the customer fancies a trip or not!
