Good day to all,.please give me some ideas and opinions if our company needs a TS 16949 to the org,,we are only a design company,,we have a separate,,manufacturing plant,,we make drwing design of the wiring harness for almost all automotive car models,,in our situatuion we only have QS 9000 for one section inthe org wchich is FOA Ford of Australia...but how aboutmHONDA, Suzuki,TOYOTA,,MAZDA,HINO, etc..???

If you are only doing design with no manufacturing you're not able to be certified to TS 16949. Here's a quote from TS 16949 1.1:
This Technical Specification is applicable to sites of the organization where customer-specified parts, for production and/or service, are manufactured.
Supporting functions, whether on-site or remote (such as design centres, corporate headquarters and distribution centres), form part of the site audit as they support the site, but cannot obtain stand-alone certification to this Technical Specification.
