Please note that in the Elsmar Cove Free Files Directory (http://Elsmar.com/pdf_files/) is the latest edition of Delphi PPAP excel program. Partcertall - 6.06.xls . This has ED 3 forms.
Please note that I do not have the password to unprotect cells but you can copy and paste and this usually removes the symbols.
