It may shed some light (darkness) on the process tool. It's 207 pages. Most of it is TS/Qs - Qs/Ts stuff, but it does have some info on the tool. It was published too late for me to use it. Dave Johnson 18th December 2003, 07:14 PM I've looked at both the spreadsheet and the manual that Sam mentions. Both are equally useless. (JMHO) Go with mapping your own system. Mike W dbsman, Now that we have given our opinions; maybe you could outline the area you are having difficulty. We could all review it, provide our input and learn from the process. IMO, this tool and the implementation manual will be a requirement by the end of 04. |
