Couldn't find a post about cleaning validation so here are my questions about it:
What acceptance criteria is needed if we only have equipment/materials that are used in one process over and over again? We are currently looking at pH and conductivity of the final water rinse, but the negative control of the USP, Purified Water does not even meet the 2.1 uS/cm that USP Purified Water is supposed to meet.
Is there a length of time after opening the barrel of USP Water that the 2.1 uS/cm is valid?
We'd like to look at something that is beyond the bare minimum of "visibly clean" but if conductivity isn't needed, I'd just as well not go into it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
