I'm unsure where this thread might be at home, so I placed it here.
Attached is an outlay of employee training communications.
The attachment is meant to communicate in a simplified manner, the meaning and definitions of "Process".
I'm unsure at this time of the success and potential of this outlay.
Feedback please.

Wallace.IMO, the first and most important factor for you as the creator, and us as reviewers, is to know WHO is the target audience for this training.
I think this graphic is fine as it is for folks who are already familiar with the concept (to help them focus their thinking.) It might need a lot of "jawboning" to accompany it for newbies to grasp the complete concept.
It sure represents a lot of thought and work on your part. It would certainly make a fine outline for any trainer to use for a 1/2 hour to 1 hour training session, maybe with some organization-specific examples.
Tell us more about who your audience will be and how you intend to use it.

Wes,
The audience for this visual map would be, in general, production employees.
I am (as always) mapping out information and attempting to make it understandable and generic enough for a wide audience.
Employee training is the avenue for this kind of communication.
Wallace.
