Hi

I'm assigned to design either a template or matrix to conduct Training Needs Analysis(TNA) for a manufacturing industry. Wud appreciate if anyone has a sample or an example of how to go about doing the TNA exercise.
Thanks

I've used what is called a Skills Management Process (or Profile) in the past. There is a thread on it in this Forum. However, unless your organization is fairly large, I would say that developing a matrix, or a form might be more work than necessary. Many here disagree with me, but my recommendation is to keep the system as simple as possible.

Is your intention to satisfy ISO 9001:2000 or another standard?
