Do any of the Covers have examples of quality manuals authored solely using flowcharts?

Here's one I posted in another thread. 2 sided, actually needs 8.5 X 17 paper. I have a few more examples somewhere. This one was done after procedures documented most of the system.

Thanks Laura,
How was this manual format received by your registrar.

That particular company hasn't submitted it to the registrar as yet, but a similar one for another company was received fine. I expect to be adding measurement/monitoring points to the flowchart in the manual I posted. This was a 'first draft' for the company to assess if they liked it.

Laura,
I would love to get a look at your final draft. Please mail me when you are able to share.
I'm working on a similar format using Viseo. I'll post it here at the cove when finished.

Wallace,

I am curently in the middle of designing our QM and it will consist of almost all Process Flow Charts. My flowcharts are in various places on cove. I have attached the one for Continuous Improvement Suggestions. My Flow charts will most likeley be supported by short text and be used in conjunction with competency based training

First time to write. I have been looking and reading for some time. I would like to see your 5 page manual if possible. Ours is 22 pages, and have been trying to determine how it can be done with few pages of text and process maps.

Welcome among the posters bluepagen :bigwave: Ours is 22 pages, and have been trying to determine how it can be done with few pages of text and process maps.I'm sure thare are examples to get, and in the mean time you may want to have a look at the old QMS (Quality Management System) Manual - The Boss Wants a 4 Page Manual - What to Do? (http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=4866&highlight=boss) thread. It's very old, starting back in 1998, but from page 2 it hits modern times. You'll find lots of ideas there.

We have other process maps that help support this overview, but this gives a good flow that follows the cycle. This is done in "Visio".
