Hi, I have two sets of repeated tests and the regression line is close, along with good Bland Altman plots. How can I apply coefficient of variation to demonstrate good reproducibility of two tests displayed as two columns with neighbouring data points referring to two repeated tests in one individual?

I would suggest you use analyse of variance (ANOVA) with repeated measures to show that there is not effect of the test.
