Both A2LA 301-644-3200 and NVLAP 301-975-4171 have requirements documents that contain their interpretations of the Guide 25. Just ask for the applications packages these documents are helpful. This will also give you an opportunity to find out what it might cost you to become accredited to Guide 25, and which accreditation body might suit your needs best. Don't let some of the nay sayers tell you that the cost of accreditation is outrageous. My laboratory has one of the largest scopes of accreditation, and we are very happy with the return on the dollar spent to have our accreditation.
There is also a document that has been produced in Germany that compares the OECD Good Laboratory Practices with the Guide 25. If you would like to have this document e-mail me directly, and I will try to find my copy and send it to you.
