I am in process to update our audit paperwork to a process style. My company was ISO established 9 months ago with a checklist style of form.
I recently came on board and now that our new cycle of audits are about to begin, i want to convert to Process formatting to better align with our needs. However, not sure as to how to set up the documnet.
Any feedback is welcomed.

This example is for just 1 process. But you may use the concept to extend to other processes.
There could many examples,if you did a search in Cove.

Attached is the process audit form we use, kinda of a turtle laying on his side:) This format is the same as our registrar uses.

Craig,
How did this go? I've just been tasked to convert our system over to process based auditing can you show me how you set up your audits?
Thanks,
