I'm looking for a good place besides GE's website to get an updated article on how well GE has done with six sigma. I am using this for a class I teach at the local university. I have a 1998 article from Forbes that talks about the "passion of Jack". I'm looking for something updated that talks about six sigma now that Jack has retired.
Any other interesting success stories of six sigma available from any of your companies would also be greatly appreciated. My goal is to show my students that good old fashioned statistical analysis, good problem-solving, process control and making decisions with data in all areas of a company can drive improvement. Then you see improvement in the bottom line Six sigma's (or whatever you call it) DMAIC just makes good business sense!
