im woring in automotive company in saudi arabia we do the following in this company
leasing vehicle
maintenace and repair for vehicles
and trailers designing and......
my concern is that we give warranties for the leased cars at 5000km and we also give warranties for the repaired and maintained car with two month warranties after maintaining the car
all of the warranties repaires are performed in our premesis
so can i excLude the clause 7.5.2 from the scope of the QMS OR I MUST?

in general if we have warranties repiares (NOT NECESSARY IN THE CO PREMESIS )is that mean s that we must not exclude subclause 7.5.2 for SCOPE

I think you are in servicing company, and control process at interface of you & yr customer would be in the standard requirement of 7.5.2 of ISO9k2k.
you have to validate/revalidate the process control requirements, procedures, competences etc.
