Comments?

Is it worth it to sub-divide at this time? Many of the quality tools are linked to each other that seeing them together might prove to be more beneficial than keeping them in separate forums. How about a trial period of keeping them together and, if things get too cluttered and confusing, then moving them apart?

Is it worth it to sub-divide at this time?I should not think so... Better as you say to wait and see. We may not need to sub-divide at all.

A forum on Quality Methods and Tools would be nice and some possible sub-topics could be:
Integration - General information on the methods and tools and how they are used and in what sequence.
Failure treatments and problem solving methodologies - Root cause analysis tools
Planning tools and methods (BSC, etc.)
Measuring tools and methods (KPI's, etc.)
Then again, perhaps if I knew what the objective of a forum on Quality Tools is, that might help.
