Hello everyone, I hope to get everyones input. Im in need of a new Quality Policy.
Here is our current:
(Our company) is committed to being the global supplier of choice within the automotive industry for exceptional stamped products of reliable, durable and maintainable stamping tools by continuously improving in quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Well needless to say if you ask anyone at our company what is your quality policy? No one knows.
I would like to see a one line easy for anyone to remember with a catchy frase.
Any sugestions? :thanx:

We tied our Quality Policy to our mission statement. Since everyone already knows the mission statement, it made it very easy for them to remember that what they do has an impact on the quality of service we provide.

Charmed thanks for the input that is catchy.
Jamie , the only problem with that is I dont think we have a mission statement. My company has only been open for 4 years, we are in the process of getting our TS16949 cert. I thought it would be neat to get everyones ideas, also from everyone from our companys ideas, then vote on one.

Quality 101,
I have kicked this around for several years now. I hate flowery mission statements and Quality policies, so I started to think "If it were my company, what would I want my suppliers policy to look like"?
I came to the following conclusion:
"We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality, on time, at the lowest price point possible while maintaining profitability."
In fact, I am starting up a new business venture on the side and this will be my quality statement.
Regardless of your product or service, those three things define what every customer wants. Add in the fact that you are in business to make money and the customer has a better sense that you are not trying to "BS" them.
