To summarise my career. I have about 8 years experience in Software, Of which 6 have been in development, technical consultant role. 2 years back I shifted to quality processes and am currently in a leading Indian IT company in their Software Process Consulting group.

Last two years have been working as an SQA/QR and assisting SEPG. The only certifications I have currently is SEI Certified PSP Instructor (1998) and an SEI - intro to CMMi

I would like to continue in the SQA role for sometime and gain more experience in this front. There are several green belt trainings/projects within the company and hence can always do that in parallel.

I would like any pertinent advice on the certification I could take to enhance my career. CQA/CSQE/CQM ?

Eventually I would like to get into a project management kind of role

All 3 certifications mentioned by you are very relevant to your existing profile. Many local (North American) Software Managers here take those 3 certifications.
My suggestion is follow that same order you mentioned.
First CQA then CSQE and later CQMgr.
By doing CQA, you get benefit in CSQE preparation.(some overlap in BOK on auditing)
By doing CQA and CSQE, you get some more benefit in CQMgr preparation (auditing and project management and Statistics- BOK overlap).

Did you consider other Software specific Certifications like CSQA, CSPM ?
