since TQM and 6s both put emphasis on teams, I was wondering someone could recommend some books of project management.
this could be one book as an easy entry
and another advanced level as further details.
:thanx:

I spoke to some of our Project Managers and I was told:
Project Management: A Systems Approach to Planning, Scheduling, and Controlling
Publisher: Wiley; 8 edition (January 31, 2003)
ISBN: 0471225770
is an authentic reference book for Project Management.
There are series of supporting reference from the same author.
Regards,
Govind.
