Hello !
To any soul who searches for microbiological criteria there are some sites in which there is that information :

To be honest i tried the second one and asked for a small database to be sent to me by e-mail.
The guys there replied almost instantly senting me an excel file with many many wonderful things :) (country, microrganism, criteria , type of food etc).
