Marc 25th October 2004, 04:53 PM Most of these are just some simple 'intro' or FYI files.

Marc 30th December 2004, 04:27 AM Ah! You are in the ONE forum - the Contributor's forum, in which downloading attachments is restricted to Contributors. Only a very small fraction of the over 2500 attachments are in this forum.

Graeme 7th January 2005, 05:09 PM A brief powerpoint presentation on 7 basic Quality Tools.
Marc,
A good introduction to the tools - and I like the credits for the imported illustrations.
The only thing that I might suggest is on slide 2 -- it might be better to say that Ishikawa identified (instead of developed) most of the tools, since they were generally pre-existing. I think the only one Ishikawa is specifically credited with developing is the cause-and-effect diagram.

COMPLETELY WRONG answer.
This is not a matter of language: It was just a question, however the reply you sent me has been very disappointing.
Please CANCEL my registration.
Please DO NOT disturb me ever.

P.S. Have you ever been prosecuted to fraudulent conversion?
I'm just CURIOUS and worrying about SECURITY.

Marc 13th April 2005, 08:26 AM OK - I'll dump your account. You obviously don't belong here.
Marc 13th April 2005, 08:28 AM BTW - I've been through a bunch of e-mails from Unicom even explaining how to register. So - no big deal. Let him/her go elsewhere.
Marc 6th February 2006, 07:53 PM Also see the Elsmar Cove Wiki page on Seven Quality Tools (http://elsmar.com/wiki/index.php/Seven_Quality_Tools).
wslabey 8th February 2006, 08:19 AM GOAL QPC used to have (and may still have) some Memory Joggers that cover the 7 tool explanations.
Marc,
Yours is a good, succinct primer. Keep it up.
Do we want additional postings on other subjects. I was thinking of submitting an annotated version of a 7 step problem solving process. Is there any interest?
Marc 8th February 2006, 09:35 AM Sure - Anything you have to share will be appreciated!
But - This thread is in the Contributor's forum so you'll want to start a new thread in the appropriate forum and attach any files you want to share in there.
BTW - Yes, GOAL QPC does have a number of different 'Memory Joggers', and each I have seen are excellent. I have several myself and do recommend them.
